Scope of Services

Britt-Rowe is a full-service residential design firm specializing in custom homes, additions and remodels, taking our projects from concept to entitlement.
This includes, but is not limited to:

• Zoning research to establish adopted municipal development standards
• Conceptual design
• Design development, including budget analysis
• Historic preservation review
• Neighborhood outreach
• Presentation-quality documents for planning review, public hearings, etc.
• Preparation of all necessary application documents for Planning Department approval and entitlements
• Acting as agent for the client when submitting documents for Planning Department review
• Preparation of CAD documents for Building Department review and permitting
• Acting as agent for the client with all consulting engineers, including Site Surveyor, Civil Engineer, Structural Engineer, Title 24 Engineer, etc.
• Acting as agent for the client when submitting plans to the Building Department for review
• Facilitating change orders during the construction phase
• Fielding questions from the builder and client during the construction phase
